The EmployABILITY Showcase helps bridge gaps between employers and potential employees by connecting employers directly with qualified candidates in an engaging way. Throughout the event, visionary business leaders and recruiters can meet directly with participants in a round-robin style reverse job fair where each person will host individual booths highlighting their employment skills. Rather than traditional interviews, the reverse job fair format allows businesses to experience firsthand the abilities, personalities, and potential of each participant.

Agencies are credentialed to provide support to both the employer and employee to assist with job coaching, training, and ongoing assistance to ensure a positive match.
