Brian Remsch Leadership
Brian Remsch is a Frederick-based leadership coach, speaker, and author with over 15 years of experience leading and developing leaders in high-pressure, complex environments. Through his coaching practice, Brian works one-on-one with business owners, executives, and organizational leaders who are navigating significant challenges, managing rapid growth, or simply feeling stuck. His approach is direct, honest, and built around helping leaders develop the clarity, habits, and frameworks they need to perform at their best when it matters most. As a speaker, Brian brings a rare combination of intellectual depth, pastoral warmth, and hard-won practical wisdom to every platform. He speaks on leadership, organizational culture, navigating complexity, and building teams that thrive under pressure. His engaging, story-driven style has made him a sought-after voice for leadership events, corporate gatherings, and organizational retreats. Brian holds a Doctor of Ministry in Missional Leadership and is currently completing his first book on leadership and organizational culture in a rapidly changing world. He is represented by Salem Speakers Bureau and serves as the Lead Pastor of Restoration Church in the Frederick area. When he’s not coaching or speaking, Brian is a former professional tennis player and coach who brings the same competitive mindset and commitment to excellence to his work with leaders that defined his athletic career.

Congregation of Kol Ami of Frederick
Welcome to Congregation Kol Ami of Frederick (CKAF). We are a warm and welcoming, inclusive, and multigenerational Reform congregation committed to meeting your spiritual, educational, and social needs.
