Home Instagram Takeovers Meet Dill Dinkers Frederick

Dill Dinkers Frederick is a seven-court, climate-controlled indoor pickleball club for players of all levels. We offer open play, private court reservations, leagues, lessons, parties and events, and a fully stocked pro shop. More than just a place to play pickleball, we pride ourselves on being a hub for community, connection, and friendship both on and off the court.

A conversation with Kaylin Corsiatto

Tell us your business origin story!

We are a family-owned and operated business that was born out of a simple need. In the fall of 2023, one of our owners, an avid pickleball player, was looking for a place to play as the weather turned colder. That challenge sparked a bigger idea, leading us to explore indoor pickleball options. During that search, we discovered Dill Dinkers in Columbia, Maryland, and met the owners who were in the early stages of franchising. The vision immediately clicked. In October 2024, we opened our doors in Frederick and have not looked back since.

What do you like most about being located in Frederick County?

The Frederick County community is truly one of a kind. Seeing our players come together, support one another, and build real connections is what makes owning this business so rewarding. We feel incredibly fortunate to have formed so many meaningful friendships through this journey.

What makes Dill Dinkers unique?

What makes us unique is a combination of family, passion, and dedication. We are family-owned and operated, with an ownership presence in the club every day of the week. We take pride in running a well-managed business and treating our customers like part of the family. Our staff are equally committed and passionate. Every team member is a pickleball player who genuinely loves the sport and enjoys sharing that enthusiasm with everyone who walks through our doors.

What do you want Dill Dinkers to be known for?

We want our business to be known as a place that welcomes everyone. A place where people are greeted by name, feel cared for, and know they are part of a community the moment they walk through the door.

Share some of your community involvement efforts!

We are proud to support our community through a variety of initiatives. We are excited to host upcoming charity tournaments benefiting Housing Frederick and the Maryland School for the Deaf Foundation. This month, we are also organizing a food drive for the Rescue Mission. Our players are always eager to get involved and support meaningful causes.

What do you do best?

What we do best is build community. We are not only the place you think of when you want to play pickleball, but also a place where you can feel like you truly belong.

Is there anything else you want the Chamber membership to know about?

We love welcoming beginners and offer many ways to learn the sport at our club. You can join our 7-week Pickleball 101 class, schedule a private lesson, or attend our Intro to Pickleball clinic every Sunday from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. For a truly unique experience, we also host glow-in-the-dark pickleball every other month, which is always a lot of fun (you can check out pictures on our Instagram and Facebook).
