Tell us Audio-Video Group’s story and how it got started.
Whether you’re in a church, the classroom, the boardroom, or a five thousand-seat auditorium, you want your message to be seen and heard — loud and clear and in perfect focus. Helping churches, businesses, and organizations share their voice and vision is our specialty.
Founded in the year 2000 by Eric Johnson, we have years of experience in custom audio and video services. Eric’s passion for technology started at a young age, and he has since built Audio-Video Group with a dedicated staff to serve you and your organization. We have the expertise to handle every sound and video need – from basic rental systems to integrated, state-of-the art systems that are professionally designed, installed, and serviced.
What do you like most about being a business in Frederick?
The community we serve is a huge driving force in how and why we do business. We love Frederick and the community of partners we’ve built. By participating in clubs like Rotary International and supporting other businesses through the Frederick Memorial Hospital Corporate Honor Roll, we can give back to the community that has given us so much.
Why did you join the Chamber?
Audio-Video Group Joined the chamber in 2001, just one year after Eric Johnson founded the company. Eric joined so that he would be able to build relationships with other leaders in the Frederick community as well as have the resources and support of the chamber as Audio-Video Group grew and evolved. Eric is also a member of the Board of Directors for the Chamber.
How has being a member of the Chamber benefited your business?
Being a chamber member has opened many doors for Audio-Video Group. It has allowed us to make deep connections with other business leaders in the community, learn about upcoming projects and events that we can help support, and it has allowed us to develop lifelong relationships that are more than just business connections.
What do you want Audio-Video Group to be known for?
