Home Chamber Events S.H.E Week 2024 Recap & Reflections

As S.H.E Week 2024 draws to a close, we would like to take a moment to reflect on this extraordinary week and express our gratitude to everyone who made it possible.

After months of planning and a full week of inspiring, educational, and impactful sessions, S.H.E Week 2024 has successfully concluded. Our deepest thanks go to the Women in Business Committee, whose hard work and dedication were instrumental in making this event a success.

The week commenced with Conference Day at the Clarion Inn, where we were privileged to hear from our keynote speaker, Alex Purseglove, on “Cultivating Radical Trust: The Key to Liberating Your Self-Expression.”

We also had the opportunity to engage with remarkable local businesswomen in a panel discussion on “Cultivating Balance in Relationships,” featuring Leslie Barnes-Keating, Melissa Lentz, and Shauna Mulcahy, and moderated by Megan Donovan.

The day concluded with a workshop titled “Cultivating Healthy Striving: The Art and Science of Doing Well and Being Well,” led by Gretchen Pisano.

On the second day, we hosted the annual SHE Pitch competition at Hood College. We extend our heartfelt thanks to the emcees, judges, and competitors. For those who were unable to attend, the programming and presentations from SHE Pitch are available to watch here:

The week concluded with the SHERO Awards at Union Mills Public House, celebrating businesswomen in our community who embody the values of S.H.E Week: Strength, Heart, and Equality.

Thank you to our S.H.E Week 2024 Sponsors!
