Meet S.H.E. Week 2022’s Title Sponsor

InBloom Jewelry

The Frederick County Chamber of Commerce is thankful for the support and sponsorship of InBloom Jewelry as the title sponsor for S.H.E. Week 2022. With their financial support, the Chamber’s Women in Business Committee is able to bring S.H.E. Week to many in the community who may not have otherwise had the means to participate.

InBloom Jewelry specializes in custom jewelry design and sales. They believe that fine jewelry holds emotions and memories more than any other object. Led by founder, Stacey Krantz, their co-creative design process connects their clients to their designs, whether it’s wedding jewelry, an heirloom transformation, or something completely one-of-a-kind.

An Interview with Stacey Krantz, Owner, Designer and Goldsmith

Tell us InBloom’s origin story.

I started in InBloom Jewelry in the late ’90s. While initially selling exclusively to galleries across the United States, I eventually shifted to direct-to-consumer sales, where I enjoyed interacting one-on-one with customers. As my customer base and company grew, I began to take on custom requests, slowly evolving into a trustworthy custom jeweler. In 2021, as the world was recovering from the shock of COVID-19, I saw an opportunity and opened my first brick-and-mortar retail location and bench shop in my hometown of Frederick, MD.

At nearly a year and a half in, The Inbloom Gallery has become a truly welcoming space where you can create something really beautiful and meaningful, whether you are honoring a loved one, getting engaged, or celebrating a big birthday or anniversary. The Gallery now boasts a full-service shop & supports five full-time employees.

What do you like most about being a business owner in Frederick?

The Frederick community is amazing! We are so lucky to have such amazing support from both our friends and clients in town as well as the Chamber of commerce, and the Downtown Frederick Partnership.

We encourage our fellow Fredericktonians to stop by, learn about our business and get to know us! We love being part of Frederick and serving our city’s jewelry needs.

“My deepest intention is for my artistry to be in service to my client. I use my designer’s eye and technical skills–cultivated over two decades–to execute what could be, in many cases, the most personally meaningful and symbolic pieces for the wearer.” – Stacey Krantz, Owner, Designer, and Master Goldsmith

What makes InBloom unique and what do you want InBloom to be known for?

We are very proud to offer custom design and manufacturing in-house. Everything from hand-drawn or digital sketches to casting and stone setting is made right in our Downtown Frederick Shop.

We are traditional jewelers with an artful approach. Whether you are interested in our nature-inspired designs or like more traditional pieces we can meet you where you are and find the perfect jewelry piece for you!

What does InBloom do best?

Customer Service! Customer service is our number one top priority. We want each person who comes in the door to feel welcomed, appreciated, and heard from initial browsing to final delivery of a custom piece.

“I am so proud to be amongst the women-owned businesses of Frederick and celebrate the unique approaches we bring to the business world and our community.” – Stacey Krantz, Owner, Designer, and Master Goldsmith
