The LifeCYCLE Frederick Story
LifeCYCLE is a product of two passionate and driven women with polar opposite fitness levels and fitness backgrounds who are truly in love with indoor cycling! Indoor cycling has changed our lives and we love sharing it! LifeCYCLE opened on January 10th and temporarily closed just 65 days later due to COVID-19. After being closed for 98 days, we were finally able to re-open on June 22nd! LifeCYCLE classes provide a workout where various fitness levels can ride next to each other feeling equally challenged. Riders are guided through a cycle workout feeling unintimidated, confident, capable and empowered to push themselves. At LifeCYCLE everyone is equal regardless of their fitness level; Where together, in a dark room, we ride as one!
Being Business Owners in Frederick
We have a huge responsibility to empower and support the community in our own backyards and we don’t take that lightly. We all have hundreds of ways to spend our time and money; The fact that they CHOOSE us, will never get old and never be taken for granted. As much as we strive to support and influence them, this community sends that right back to us by supporting our dreams! It’s a beautiful thing.

As Moms, we love showing our kids that when you put your whole heart, mind and commitment behind something, anything is possible. Staying in the hard stuff, finding the grit to keep moving forward, honoring and listening to your gut and the pull on your heart…. It’s a great way to show our kids that we can do anything we can imagine.
What Makes LifeCYCLE Unique
One thing that makes LifeCYCLE different in Frederick is our Performance Tracking. We have a free app (LifeCYCLE Studio) that tracks and stores all your rides with us. We encourage our riders to use this information to track their progress and try and just be better than their last ride. People love it and tend to not only get a little competitive with each other, but also themselves! It’s great for those who are either just starting out on their journey and want to see progress in black and white but also great for seasoned riders who love to analyze their results ride over ride.
