As part of the recently passed Budget Reconciliation and Financing Act, Maryland has enacted a series of tax changes that will go into effect in 2025. To help businesses, tax professionals, and industry stakeholders understand these updates, the Office of the Comptroller of Maryland will host a series of free webinars at the end of May.
These sessions are designed to provide targeted guidance for different audiences; including tech companies, small business owners, and financial professionals. They will cover key provisions such as the “tech tax” and other notable changes that could impact how businesses operate and plan for the upcoming year.
While live webinar space is limited, each session will be recorded and made available afterward on the Comptroller’s official YouTube channel. We encourage our members to register early and take advantage of these valuable learning opportunities.
