Tell us your business or organization origin story
It all began when I realized I felt unfulfilled in my corporate role. Although I once loved working in Human Resources, something was missing. The signs were there—I knew I wanted more out of life but wasn’t sure how to get there. That’s when I decided to hire a coach. Her guidance was transformative, helping me shift my perspective and embrace growth. Inspired by her impact, I knew I wanted to help others experience the same kind of transformation. So, in November 2023, I took the leap into entrepreneurship and started my own business—driven by a passion to help others lead happier, more fulfilling lives!
What do you like most about being a business or organization located in Frederick County?
I absolutely love Frederick County. Having been born and raised in Middletown, it means the world to me to have a business here. Frederick is such a uniquely special place to live and work, and community is at the heart of everything I do. It’s truly a dream come true to run my own business in Frederick and be able to support the people who make this county so incredible.

What makes The Simplicity Secret unique is the personalized and holistic approach to life coaching and leadership consulting. While many businesses focus on one area, I’m passionate about serving both individuals and organizations because personal and professional growth are so interconnected. In today’s world, helping people develop in both areas is essential for lasting success. With my background in Human Resources and expertise in coaching, I offer a unique blend of skills that allows me to focus on actionable strategies, empowering individuals and organizations to thrive.

I want The Simplicity Secret to be known for empowering individuals and organizations to lead fulfilling, purpose-driven lives by simplifying their approach to personal growth and leadership. My goal is for the business to be recognized for its ability to inspire lasting transformation through a balanced approach to coaching and leadership development. I want The Simplicity Secret to stand out for guiding individuals and organizations in creating meaningful connections, building confidence, and living in alignment with their core values, while providing practical tools that make a real impact.
Share some of your community involvement efforts!
Community is incredibly important to me, and I strive to make it a central focus of The Simplicity Secret. One of my proudest contributions is coaching the Middletown High School track team, my alma mater, where I have the opportunity to support young athletes not only in enhancing their performance but also in building their confidence.
I also recently joined the Key City Rotary Club, where we are dedicated to giving back to the local community through various service projects. I am excited to start getting involved with the community on a deeper level!
