We remain connected and responsive by actively participating in local events and maintaining open lines of communication with community members. We host educational resource events, sponsor local organizations, and have a dedicated team to ensure we understand and address the unique needs of Frederick County. Additionally, we engage with local schools, businesses, and non-profits to foster a collaborative and supportive community environment.
What is a cause your business prioritizes and why?
One cause we prioritize is education. We believe that investing in education is crucial for the long-term prosperity of our community. We collaborate with institutions like Hood College and FCPS on various projects. We proudly award our Woodsboro Bank Community Champion Scholarship to local high school seniors each spring. In October, we are hosting a cybersecurity session to educate clients and community members about online safety, reflecting our commitment to equipping our community with essential knowledge and skills.

We are looking forward to the upcoming revamp of our mobile banking app, designed to provide seamless and convenient access to your accounts anytime, anywhere. Additionally, we are expanding our financial literacy programs, offering workshops and resources to help community members make informed financial decisions. We are also proud to grow our award-winning bank wide service projects benefiting Frederick County. We look forward to continuing our journey with the community and are excited about the future ahead
