Light Side Floats
Searching for an alternative pain relief method, the owners of Light Side Floats stumbled upon flotation therapy. After their first float, they were hooked! Residents of Frederick since 2006, Tom and Alyssa Palermo were compelled to open a float center so they could bring the benefits of flotation therapy to the greater Frederick area. They first opened as Float Frederick in September 2016 changing the name to Light Side Floats in November of 2017. In addition to flotation therapy, Light Side Floats offers hydro massage and far infrared sauna.

Lockhouse Studios
Lockhouse Studios is a new state of the art film, video, and photography production rental space conveniently located in downtown Frederick, Maryland. We provide Frederick area production companies, agencies, and businesses with a cyc wall studio space to elevate their photography and video productions.
The studio space features a 2 pocket, pre-lit cyc wall, high ceilings, an industry standard light grid at 15’, hair/make up room, dressing room, and comfortable client viewing area.
Lockhouse Studios is optimized to be a space that allows creative minds to work together to create high quality commercials, commercial photography, television shows, webisodes, documentaries, podcasts, and music videos. We work with our clients to provide them the best experience while providing them with the tools they need to make their project a reality. Our partnerships with local lighting and camera rental houses allow us to source gear you may need during your production in addition to being a local production resource hub for other needs such as crew staffing and catering. We strive to provide an environment that promotes efficiency, innovation, and collaboration for the creative community of Frederick and the surrounding area.

Mission Autism Clinics
We are excited to announce the grand opening of Mission Autism Clinics (MAC). MAC provides evidenced-based ABA therapy to children and young adults (ages 2-18 years) diagnosed with the Autism Spectrum Disorder. Through the implementation of safe, effective, and scientific approaches, we can ameliorate the symptoms of ASD through increased communication and social skills and improvements in behavior. At MAC, we recognize how parent involvement leads to the overall success of a child. We deliver family-oriented therapy with the primary goal of creating more opportunities for our clients to lead independent, happy, and fulfilling lives.
