Eric Jorgensen understands that having a child with disabilities brings its own challenges, and parents often struggle with finding supports and services. He founded Special Needs Navigator because he didn’t know where to start and grew frustrated with the number of dead ends and non-answers he came across when asking for help. Special Needs Navigator’s mission is to help families navigate the maze of benefits, resources and services. Special Needs Navigator aims to educate and empower families – answering the who, what, when, why & how – who are looking to get the services their special needs child requires and deserves.
