Testing is reserved for those who are symptomatic who meet certain criteria. Those who do not meet criteria for testing will be given instructions for self-monitoring and follow-up as appropriate.Â

In order to keep patients, families, staff, and the community at large safe, Frederick Health has made important changes to their visitor policy. The new policy allows them to help limit exposure to and transmission of the COVID-19 virus, particularly to those most vulnerable and the staff that treats them.

Virtual visits allow patients 24/7 access to medical care via the Frederick Health portal. The process is simple, takes just a few short minutes to complete, and will result in a response from a medical practitioner. You can even receive needed prescriptions via their online portal.
