January 9: Leadership Development Series: Leadership For The Rest of Us Part 2 Influencing: 2.1 Communicating to have an impact

Leaders are found throughout all levels of organizations. They don’t always have the title of manager or director. If you want to improve your leadership presence and the ability to help others achieve a better future, this course is for you. In this interconnected, four-part series you’ll learn how to excel in the 4 domains of leadership which are key to developing your leadership skills and swagger and are designed to help you grow yourself professionally, increase your skills personally, and become an indispensable to whatever team you are on.

PART 2: INFLUENCING. In this part, you’ll understand how to tap into the sine quo non element of leadership: influence. When the organization needs someone to take charge, speak up, and make sure your group is heard, emergent leaders (that is, leaders who don’t have ‘formal’ authority) rely on using this tool.
