You’re invited to join us to socialize and collaborate with WBN members and guests. Come network with some of Frederick County’s finest businesswomen. Trivia Night at Hometown Harvest Kitchen
Hometown Harvest Kitchen will now host trivia nights every Tuesday! Get your smartest friends together and come enjoy some great food and drinks over Trivia. Hosted by Pour House Trivia, Frederick’s finest trivia hosts! Registration and sign up starts at 6:30 with the game going from 7-9.
New Member Orientation
You’re a member, so what now?? This orientation will help explain what your membership is all about and answer all the questions that you might have. Whether you are a new member to the Chamber or new to your company, this event is for you! We like to call it “Chamber 101” as we will explain the benefits of membership and you’ll learn how you can get involved in the many programs, events, and opportunities available through the Chamber.
A fun and fast-paced orientation program will begin promptly at 8:45 a.m. with a group photo* and networking opportunities!

Be Mindful Evening Retreat
What comes to mind when you hear the words Mindful Eating? Is it being aware of those fattening donuts in the office or being aware of how delicious that watermelon is? During this interactive evening retreat, coach Casey Clark will discuss what exactly mindful eating is, the three steps to mindful eating, and the seven skills of a mindful eater. You will: complete a mindful eating assessment determine the function of your mindless eating identify which mindless overeating habits you have participate in a guided mindful eating exercise You will leave this retreat with a better understanding of the way you eat and the benefits of mindful eating. You’ll also be equipped with tools to assist you with your mindful eating journey so that you can live a more balanced life with a body that feels good.
Entrepreneur Council Networking Mixer
Looking to expand your business and contacts? Join the Entrepreneur Council at Flying Dog Brewery on Wednesday July 31, 2019 for an evening of networking and making connections.
The Entrepreneur Council will have information on hand about the Committee, monthly Lunch & Learn programs and partnerships to help you grow your business. It’s an event you don’t want to miss.
Light appetizers are included with your registration. Flying Dog will be offering a 50% discount on all beers in the tasting room and will offer tours for anyone interested. Please keep in mind that you must be 21 years old to enter the facility and everyone must have a photo ID on hand. IDs will be checked upon entry and you will receive a lanyard that you will need to wear while at the event. Lanyards must be returned upon exiting the facility. The outdoor patio will be open (weather permitting).
