6 Chamber Members Serving Up the  Best Brunch in Frederick

White Rabbit Gastropub

Gastropub: a bar and restaurant that serves high-end beer and food.  And yes, we have one right here in Frederick.

The White Rabbit Gastropub is Downtown Frederick’s first and only craft beer house & gastropub featuring 40 rotating taps of beer, cider and wine, also fine spirits and craft cocktails.

Settle into the comfort of a speakeasy location with the ambiance of a 7th generation hatter’s estate to enjoy unique brunch specialities each Saturday and sunday from 10 am to 3:30 pm. Their brunch menu includes several interesting options like breakfast poutine and their breakfast burger that is topped with a sunny-side egg, bacon jam, sriracha aioli, cheddar, and avocado to make a unique morning/midday entree.

Dutch’s Daughter

Dutch’s Daughter, known for its romantic, and more sophisticated setting has been a significant part of Frederick’s culinary scene since the early 80s.

With several dining areas and seating options, for intimate meals to large, extravagant wedding receptions, Dutch’s Daughter has something for everyone, and brunch is no different. They offer several main dishes, including carved prime rib and blackened honey glazed salmon, as well as a variety of sides, starters, and desserts.

Hometown Harvest Kitchen

The Wine Kitchen

They may be called The Wine Kitchen, but it would be a mistake to assume that their wine is the best thing on their menu. While the wine is nothing to yawn at, they have a kitchen producing some delicious menu items created with seasonal, local ingredients. Known as a modern chophouse, The Wine Kitchen is the place to get a great steak, an expertly paired glass of wine, in a bright, airy location.

But, they’re also a great place to go for an order-off-the-menu Sunday brunch. Expect to find things like fresh-from-the-farm cobb salads, cornmeal pancakes and, of course, steak and eggs. You can finish out your meal with one of their decadent desserts-we recommend the sweet potato mousse or the cinnamon rolls.

Madrone’s

A classic American bar and grill, Madrones is known for their hand-cut steaks, seafood dishes, and housemade burger all cooked over a hickory fired grill.

You can enjoy brunch at Madrone’s each Sunday from 10 am to 2 pm. Expect to find interesting sweet offerings like Funky Monkey Bread and the Coconut Cream Stuffed French Toast as well as more savory choices like Fresh Salmon Hash and Louisiana Shrimp and Grits.
